Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of B3AZTY STORE and everything sold through it. By browsing the store, downloading a free product or completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

B3AZTY STORE operates from India and sells to customers worldwide. We may update these terms as the store changes; the version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.

Every product in this store is a digital good: files you download and install on a FiveM server. You are not buying ownership of the underlying work. You are buying a licence to use it, on the terms set out below.

Nothing here is a physical product, a subscription, or a service with an ongoing commitment beyond the updates and support described in these terms.

Subject to payment, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product. Unless the product page says otherwise, that licence covers one server.

You may:

• Install and run the product on the server covered by your licence.
• Modify it for use on that server — retextures, prop swaps, configuration changes.
• Keep using it indefinitely, including on a future project of your own.
• Run it on a server that takes donations, sells perks or operates a whitelist.

You may not:

• Redistribute, share, resell, sublicense or publish the files, whether modified or not.
• Upload the files to a public repository, leak site, marketplace or file host.
• Use the product on more servers than your licence covers.
• Claim authorship of the work, or strip attribution and metadata from the files.
• Use the product to create a competing asset for sale or distribution.

Breaching these restrictions terminates your licence immediately and without refund.

Checkout is owned and operated by Tebex Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for every transaction. Your payment details are handled entirely by Tebex and its payment providers. We never see or store them.

Prices are listed excluding sales tax, VAT or GST. Because we sell internationally, Tebex determines what applies in your country, handles any currency conversion, and shows the final total before you confirm payment. Tebex has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to the checkout itself.

Delivery is automatic and immediate. Once payment clears, the files unlock in your Tebex account. No part of delivery is manual, so there is nothing to wait for and nothing to chase.

If a download does not appear, open a support ticket with your Tebex order reference and we will resolve it.

Updates to a product you own are free for as long as that product is maintained. This includes bug fixes, optimization passes, compatibility work against new game builds, and new content added to the same package.

Support is provided through our Discord. It covers installation, configuration and defects in the product. It does not extend to general server administration, unrelated resources, or custom development work.

We may retire a product from sale at any time. Retiring a product does not revoke the licence of anyone who already bought it, and does not remove their existing downloads.

You agree not to use the store or our products to break the law, to infringe anyone else’s rights, or to harass our staff or community. We may refuse service, close a Discord account, or decline future sales to anyone who does.

All products, artwork, branding and site content remain the property of B3AZTY STORE or its licensors. Your licence grants you use, not ownership, and nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.

Our products are made for FiveM, a platform operated by Cfx.re and owned by Take-Two Interactive. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games or Rockstar North.

Your use of FiveM, GTA V and Discord is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make, including changes that affect whether a product continues to work.

We aim to keep the store online and the catalog accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Prices, descriptions and product contents can change without notice. Obvious errors in pricing or description may be corrected, and an affected order cancelled and refunded.

We sell to customers in most countries, but we do not represent that our products are appropriate or available everywhere. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country, including any import, sanctions or content restrictions that apply to you.

You may not purchase from, or use our products in, a territory subject to sanctions that would make the sale unlawful.

Products are provided as they are. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost donations, server downtime, data loss or damage arising from installing or running a product.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your licence ends immediately if you breach the restrictions in section 3. On termination you must stop using the product and delete the files from your servers and backups. No refund is due on a licence terminated for breach.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over them.

We sell worldwide, and this clause does not take away rights you cannot be deprived of. If you buy as a consumer outside India, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, and you may be able to bring proceedings there.
