Privacy Policy

This policy covers B3AZTY STORE and the support we provide around it. We operate from India and serve customers internationally. It does not cover Tebex, Discord or FiveM, each of which processes data under its own policy.

We collect very little directly. In practice, the data involved is:

• Order data — held by Tebex as merchant of record. We can see the order reference, the product, the amount, the country used for tax, and the email or FiveM identifier attached to the purchase. We never receive card or bank details.
• Basket data — while you shop, an identifier for your basket is stored in your browser so your cart survives a page reload. It contains no payment information.
• Support data — if you open a Discord ticket, we see your Discord username, your messages, and anything you choose to share such as an order reference, logs or screenshots.
• Site analytics — aggregated, anonymous page-view statistics collected by Vercel Analytics. These do not identify individual visitors and are not used for advertising.

We do not run our own user accounts, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not sell data to anyone.

• To deliver what you bought and to keep your downloads available.
• To answer support tickets and fix problems with products.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations on sales.
• To understand, in aggregate, which parts of the store people actually use.

Where data protection law applies to you — such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India, or the UK and EU GDPR — we rely on: performance of a contract, for delivering purchases and providing support; legal obligation, for tax records; and legitimate interests, for aggregate analytics and for preventing abuse of the store.

• Tebex Limited — checkout, payment processing, order records and downloads.
• Discord Inc. — the community and support ticket system.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and anonymous traffic analytics.

Each publishes its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading if that matters to you.

Because we sell worldwide and rely on the providers above, personal data may be processed outside your country — including in India, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

Where the law of your country requires a safeguard for such a transfer, we rely on the mechanisms those providers publish, such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent transfer terms.

The store uses browser storage to remember your basket between page loads, and Tebex sets cookies necessary to run checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is typically several years. Support tickets are kept while they are useful for handling repeat issues, and are cleared periodically. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to individuals.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy in a portable form.

To exercise any of these, contact support@b3aztystore.com. Because most order data sits with Tebex, some requests are faster made to Tebex directly, and we will tell you when that is the case. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, or in India to the Data Protection Board.

The store is not intended for children. Do not purchase without the permission of whoever is responsible for the payment method. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will remove it.

We will update this policy when the store changes what it does with data. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
