How checkout works and when the files reach you.
When do I get the files?
Immediately. Checkout is handled by Tebex, and the download unlocks in your Tebex account the moment payment clears. Nothing is dispatched by hand.
Which payment methods can I use?
Whatever Tebex offers for your region at checkout — typically card, PayPal and a range of local methods. We never see or store your payment details.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. Signing in with FiveM just links the purchase to your account so your downloads and past orders stay in one place.
Can I buy a product as a gift?
Yes, on packages where gifting is enabled at checkout. The licence then belongs to the recipient rather than to you.
Is tax added on top of the listed price?
Prices are shown before sales tax or VAT. Tebex works out what applies in your country and shows the final figure before you pay.
Installation & compatibility
Getting a drop running on your server.
Which frameworks are supported?
Standalone, QBCore, QBOX and ESX. Maps and MLOs are framework-independent by nature — any script-side pieces ship with config for all four.
How do I install a map or MLO?
Drop the resource into your resources folder, add an ensure line to server.cfg, and restart. Each product ships with a README covering stream folder placement and any required dependencies.
Will it conflict with resources I already run?
An interior that replaces a vanilla location can clash with another MLO covering the same coordinates. Each product page names what it replaces, and Discord support will help you work through a conflict.
What performance impact should I expect?
Every build is profiled in-game before release, with collision, LODs and textures trimmed. Exact numbers depend on your server, your player count and what else you stream.
Do I need any paid dependencies?
No. If a product needs a third-party resource, it is a free and commonly used one, and it is named on the product page before you buy.
Licensing & updates
What you own once you have bought.
Do purchases include future updates?
Yes. Every update to a product you own is free, forever. That covers bug fixes, optimization passes and new content added to the same package.
Can I use a product on more than one server?
A purchase covers one server. If you run a network and need additional licences, message us on Discord and we will sort out a bundle.
Can I edit the files?
You may adapt a product for your own server — retextures, prop swaps, config changes. You may not redistribute, resell or publish the files, modified or not.
Can I use it on a monetised or whitelisted server?
Yes. Donations, a server store or a whitelist change nothing about your licence, as long as the files themselves are never redistributed.
What happens if I stop running my server?
Nothing. The licence stays with you and your downloads remain in your Tebex account, so you can use the product again on a future project.

When something is not right.
Where do I get support?
Discord, via a support ticket. Average first reply is under two hours, and you get the person who actually built the resource.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so sales are final as a rule. If a product is broken or not as described, open a ticket — we will fix it or make it right. The refund policy sets out the detail.
What if a product breaks after a game update?
Tell us. Keeping products working against current FiveM and GTA builds is part of the lifetime updates you have already paid for.
I bought the same product twice by mistake.
Open a ticket with both order references and we will refund the duplicate.
